DELETE YOUR HUTS4U ACCOUNT

This page explains how users of the Huts4u app (developer: Huts4u) can delete their account and data.

1. DELETE FROM THE HUTS4U APP

1. Open the Huts4u app and sign in. 2. Go to Profile. 3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and you will be signed out.

2. REQUEST DELETION BY EMAIL

If you cannot access the app, email help@huts4u.com from your registered email address (or include your registered mobile number) with the subject "Delete my account".

We will verify that the account belongs to you and delete it within 30 days.

3. DATA THAT IS DELETED

Your profile (name, email address, mobile number, profile photo), saved preferences, wishlist and linked sign-in methods (Google / Apple).

4. DATA THAT IS RETAINED

Booking, invoice and payment records are retained for up to 8 years as required by Indian tax and accounting law, and then deleted.

Records required for fraud prevention or dispute resolution are retained only as long as necessary.
